OXO Good Grips 2-Pk. Silicone Roasting Racks

Very fast delivery. Works great as a base/trivet under a very hot OXO Glass Loaf Pan!

Oxo Silicone Roasting Rack

Simple, washable and flexible roasting rack for nonstick pans: finally something that works in slow cooker or in oven! Based on other reviews, use at normal roasting temps (like 350), and this is NOT intended to use under the broiler!

Silicone roasting rack

This has been a nice game changer when ivroast things like chicken! I gives it just enough of a lift where it’s not sitting on the bottom in the juices and fat and grease. This will comes in handy especially around thanksgiving and Christmas with making turkey! Can’t wait to cook and show off.

Nice roasting rack with multi purpose.

This is a good silicone roasting rack. I like it better than using a metal rack, my meats don't stick to the silicone. It fits well into different size pans also and allows for good air circulation while cooking. Another bonus is that it can be used as a trivit when needed.

Great Roasting Racks

I got silicone roasting racks to try in my roasting pans. There are 2 racks which I can put where I want in the pan. It worked great for roasting whole chicken and roasts. It is healthier way to cook as fat drains off. So easy to clean nothing sticks to the racks. You can wash by hand or put in the dishwasher.

Great for crockpots!

I use these roasting racks in my crockpot for when I want to keep cooked meat warm. I put these in the bottom of the crockpot and then put hot water in the bottom and then a piece of foil on top of that. Then I place the meat (like meatballs) on top of the foil. This ensures the meat doesn't get in the water, but allows the meat to stay moist from the hot water. I used to use crumpled-up foil in the bottom in the past, but this is easier and less waste of foil.
