Great for small spaces

Super compact easy to use. Definitely always use the handle. It provides not to cut yourself. It is sharp. It is precise. I even get to cut deli meat with it.

Sharp!

Very happy with the OXO V-Blade Mandolin Slicer. Blades are stored in in the unit. Dial in the thickness works superb. The blades are SHARP!
