Pretty in pink

I have had the ring for 6 weeks now; the pink color is gone, the stone is dull. I went into the Macy’s store at Biltmore with the ring. Dianne told me it is because I do not remove my ring when bathing, cleaning, etc. I have learned my lesson but am still disappointed.
