Not a big fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These clogs were not as comfortable as I was expecting. Although the size was big on me but I found the inside to be hard and the clogs are relatively on the heavy side. I would say they run true to size but I ordered a bigger size (I’m an 8.5 and ordered the 9-9.5) as I was not sure and that was the available size when I ordered. I ended up returning.

Worn shoes

I was gifted these shoes as a late gift. When delivered, the shoe box INSIDE of the shipping box was in terrible condition (bent, torn, holes). Upon taking the shoes out of the box, it was apparent that one of the shoes (most likely display shoe) had a different texture and even color shade than the other shoe. The "worn shoe" had wear on the back of the shoe by the heal. For someone to pay a decent amount of money for these shoes, expecting brand new identical shoes, this was very disappointing. The mentioned shoe is circled in purple in the pictures.

Better in person

Love Birkenstocks and these are cuter on the foot than in the box. I'm short and thee give a little added height and they are comfy.

Disappointing

Disappointed in Macys and their customer service. Shoes arrived worn, used, dirty, missing labels, and sometimes long hair was stuck all over. Too grossed out to even try them on

Platform Clogs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these shoes. First, they are very comfortable. Second, they give a little height since they are platform. Third, they are easy to slip on and off when leaving the house. Fourth, I love the color. It's like a light tan. Great purchase!
