Broke after 3 weeks

I purchased a gold chain from Macy’s, expecting decent quality for the price, but I was extremely disappointed. After just three weeks of normal wear, the chain snapped. I didn’t do anything excessive—just wore it occasionally, and it still broke. For a well-known retailer like Macy’s, I expected better durability. To make things worse, when I tried to return or exchange it, customer service wasn’t very helpful. They claimed it was “wear and tear,” which is ridiculous for something that should last much longer. Save your money and shop elsewhere if you’re looking for quality jewelry. I won’t be buying jewelry from Macy’s again.

Flimsy chain

Necklace broke as taking off tag. Very flimsy

Very Nice

Very nice. The quality of the chain and heart pendant are good. This was purchased as a gift. I like to purchase 10K gold chains instead of 14K or 18K due to the strength of the chains--10K is not as soft as 14K. The etching on the heart is nice--it is reversible. If you like SMALL pendants and FINE CHAINS it is perfect.

No good

Never got that gift for a special person instead they returned the money to my card . I didn’t want the money I wanted that gift I needed it
