Unhappy customer

I could give them 0 I would! They never sent my dress not until I sent a claim stating I wanted to cancel. Then they replied saying the dress was on it’s way. Who has the time to deal with this. Multiple calls just to get your order.

Dress of my dreams.... almost

I would give it 5 stars, but the bust is too small. I wanted to get the next Suze up, but it wasn't available online. This dress is beautiful, the fabric weighty and luxurious. I'm so sad I can't wear it.

Great wedding Tues dress

The dress was perfect for a spring evening wedding guest dress. I received several compliments on the dress and was very pleased. The reviews from other customers was super helpful for me to choose sizing and it was a perfect fit.

The Drees is beautiful color great for spring, if you have big Brest is very tide a order a X Large in still was tide to uncomfortable, the sleeves are too big it we be nicer it was more tied from the sleeves .

Fit super weird

This dress fit so odd. Anyone with larger breasts will not be able to get this dress on. The color and fabric are beautiful but sadly as someone with large bust and smaller frame, this does not fit my body type

Rip off

Petal and Pup are thieves. Do not ever return something, you better make sure it’s an item that fits perfectly before you leave the store. I bought the dress online. Returned it at the store brand new never worn, within the return window, and they have still not honored my return. They are a third party so Macys won’t give you the money back through them, Petal Pup has to. Now they have my money and a brand new dress and I have nothing!! I even emailed Petal Pup twice and they still have not responded!! Shame on you Petal Pup!! I have bought so much from you and the first time I try to return something, you rip me off !!!! NEVER WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN!!! And NEITHER WILL MY DAUGHTER OR HER FRIENDS!!!!
