Security Tag Not Removed

The security tag was left on the shirt which was purchased in Las Vegas. We didn’t notice until we got home to Iowa where there aren’t any Macy’s. I contacted the store and they were going to send us an email with a postage paid label to return the shirt for security tag removal. Then send back the shirt. After 3 days, I still haven’t received the label. I will have to call again.
