Never arrived

Ordered on 5/23/25. This item ships from manufacturer warehouse. It shipped UPS and they sent it to some random address in New Yoork city( I live in Michigan) customer service assured me it was on it's way even when I could see the notes saying address is wrong item being shipped back to sender. After over 2 weeks it was returned to the sender. Macys customer service could not have it resent to my address and could only offer that I would be refunded in 10-14 business days. I will owe interest on my credit card by that point. Very disappointed in Macys and there product partners.
