Don’t buy. Last week it came in today and all the packs were opened and the promo card wasn’t in the etb also labeled as Pokemon center ETB which it’s not. If you placed an order for this item I suggest you cancel it

These are regular ETBs not Pokemon Center ETBs

These are not the pokemon center exclusive ETBs as the title suggests, but that was expected

Processing...

Bought on the 12/3 and still "Processing." I'm just going to assume it's going to be cancelled whenever they feel like it, and it's cool that a customer can't cancel their order when it's "Processing."

Order Cancelled

Prime example of why Macys is a dying company. Preordered this ETB a month before it was due to ship. Order cancelled. Absolute joke. Maybe I’ll be able to pick up one or two in the liquidation sale after they finally declare bankruptcy.

Wrong Item, Bad Customer Service

This was advertised as the Pokemon Center version but was the regular version. When I contacted customer support I had one of the worst Customer Support experiences of my life. I was told the way to review customer support would be an email that I would automatically receive(I haven't yet). Will avoid shopping at Macy's at all costs in the future if possible.

I Pre-ordered and Received my Pokemon

I would honestly give this a 5 star if it wasn’t for the poor shipping protection for the ETB’s that I ordered they did not add any sort of protection for it even though they are a little damaged I still got my pokemon ETB’s. They just sent the two I ordered in a box and that’s it. However, I got them for a good price they arrived really quickly compared to the estimated arrival.

Waited months for my order, just for it to be cancelled near the delivery date. Now I can’t find the product anywhere for my kid for Christmas….
