Very unsatisfied customer

First of all, theses polar range tasco Men boots is very cheap material. It's feel like cheap plastic material that won't keep foot warm in cold or dry in wet weather. 2nd, it took me three weeks to receive order. Customer service kept giving me different times of when the order will be delivered. Once I received the boots, it didn't come in a boot box like other reputable boot brands package. It came in a plastic bag. I do not recommend this boot. Cheap material, very cheap product.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, took my money and then oops not in stock. No follow up on when or if I will even get them. Merry Christmas thanks a lot
