Defective product

It started leaking at the base. Product is unreliable not satisfied at all. I either expect a refund or proper exchange thanks.

Stylish and convenient

This is perfect in many ways. 1-st, it whistles very loudly, so you can hear it from everywhere, even in a shower. 2-nd, a spout opens up very conveniently. And the 3-d is the perfect size for my family needs.

Tea Kettle Purchase

I planned to really enjoy the tea kettle since I make tea every day, it but it was broken when I received it so I had to take it back. There were no more in stock so I had to purchase a tea kettle from a different retailer.

as per instructions you are to dry kettle out after each use however there is always a lot of brown residue that comes on the paper towel.

Simple and functional

I am really enjoying this kettle. It heats up quickly, has a soft handle that doesn’t get hot, a nice soft whistle, and it’s easy to clean. I think it’s pretty enough to leave out on my stovetop! I think I could put it in the dishwasher if I wanted, which is also a bonus. I know there are prettier kettles out there but this one is simple and looks great. The only reason I removed one star is because the stainless shows a lot of water spots and I am constantly buffing it clean. But that doesn’t take away from the quality and fiction.

Always wanted a tea pot!

I’ve always wanted a teapot and when I saw this one I jumped on it. Great looking tea pot that whistles when the water starts to boil. Very simple but elegant design that I will just leave on my stove top. Easy care instructions. My only one gripe about the tea pot is the drying instructions. When you wash it and it’s time to dry you can leave it upside to dry or hand dry it with a towel. When you leave it to air dry some water pools up because there is a tiny lip where the lid goes which doesn’t completely dry. So it’s kind of inconvenient to have to hand dry it completely after hand washing it.
