Potential - bad QC

I bought this in 2021 and just got around to installing it this week. Product looks good - but have two big issues. First - the screws that hold the fixture to the mounting plate were not long enough to connect to the mounting screws - no big deal, just a run to Ace Hardware to get longer ones ( I even got black screws :) However, after mounting and the fixture and adjusting one of the lights - the stem broke, so it just hangs by the wire. I tried super glue and epoxy, but did not hold - most likely because I needed it to be upside down to set - even after I held it for 10 mins. You can see the epoxy attempt from the attached photo. Electrical tape might just have to do in this case !
