Cover for the filling is like a plastic envelope, no air in or out, so it doesn’t really conform well for a slight person’s head. As to cooling, it does not do as well as my previous pillow.

Unintended Consequence

I really wanted to like this pillow and I tried. It’s too soft (plush) and it hurt one of my eyes enough that I can no longer use it.

Too soft

I was disappointed in the lack of support. The pillow was too soft for the neck support that I need. That said, it was well constructed and the removable pillow cover was a plus.

Not too bad.. softer than I expected.

The feel are good, ...however, a little soft for me, unable to hold my head, maybe my head is a bit heavy. it sinks almost to the bottom of pillow. If they can have other design for a bit firm, that would be excellent.
