Nice Looking Bed

It's a nice looking bed frame. The drawers could be bigger but we're not mad about it. It also seems pretty sturdy. Of note is the wood pieces are laminate over wood or MDF. In the picture and IRL it looks like a real wood.

Misleading advertising and no warranty service

We ordered this bed online. The bed came with NO drawers as advertised and the footboard had a dent right in the top of the metal frame, clearly visible. Upon following the procedure of continue manufacture and Macy’s, all we were offered was a discount on the purchase. Not a new footboard. They stated “the damage does not appear to affect the performance of the product”. I guess when you buy something based on the appearance and function ( no damage and expecting drawers) that means nothing to Macy’s other suppliers. We will most likely NEVER order from Macy’s ever again and will make our poor service known on as many reviews as possible so others do not get the same poor service and disappointing product.

missing drawers

I ordered this bed specifically as it had drawers. When I assembled the bed I noticed that the drawers were missing. It was shipped without drawers. Now this is of no use to me as I have he put this in a small room with barely any storage the idea was to store in the bed as well.
