Unethical advertising practices!

My experience with Macy's is also a complaint about the wait time. They advertise, take your order, but in the meantime, if another customer shows up, and pays higher price he will be prioritized, and if you ordered at sale price, they will keep you waiting. I called them today to inquire about the status of my order, and was told it is on back order, but they may expedite it for an extra fee! Buyer beware!

sectional that never came

The sales associate lied to me! Ordered this during the Black Friday sale. First she said it’s in stock, delivery in a week. Then she said January 8. I kept calling. They said January 28 and now they are saying March 12. Macys is lying to all of you do not buy this sofa! If someone reaches out to me to arrange delivery in the next two weeks. I’ll be happy to take down this review. I am so annoyed and I’ll never trust Macys again

Happy with my purchase!

I sympathize with those who have had to wait so long for this piece. I was also told that for certain colors the wait would be a while. Fortunately, the color I needed was a color that Macy's stocks in the warehouse. Delivery went smoothly. Set up was professional and the piece is beautiful as well as comfortable. I have no regrets about this purchase. For those still waiting it will be worth the wait when you receive it.

Do not purchase from Macys

Purchased light tan leather Radley on May 10,2024. I am still waiting with zero communication from Macy’s! I have called every other day as we were told the item would be in warehouse last week but as of today it still has not arrived. The updates date has changed to September 20th but online I see that the date is listed as October 7th. This is unacceptable! I have purchased my last 2 sofas from Macys and did not anticipate the lack of communication or transparency. At this rate ai am not confident we will receive our sofa so we plan on canceling our order and purchasing another sofa elsewhere. It is a shame we wasted our entire summer waiting for a couch to come that never arrived.

Prepare to wait with no communication

Like previous reviewers I also bought with the 6-8 week window for production and delivery advertised by Macy's. I'm now at month 3 and still waiting to receive. I have had to chase after Macy's to give me updated status as they have provided zero communication on delays or estimated delivery dates. Order placed on May 21 2024 and now the updated delivery is October 7 2024

Not worth the wait and wait is completely unknown

This is the third review I've written and hope Macy's actually posts it because they haven't with my others. At the time of purchase, Macy's said 6-8 weeks for delivery. It has now been 16 weeks and they rescheduled my ETA three times already with no notification back to me. I've had to call and beg for information on what the new timeline is and still cannot get an answer. It was supposed to be delivered (new-new-new date) on 7/22/24 (4 days ago) and I still haven't gotten any clue if it actually did arrive in the warehouse or not.
