great couch but very frustrating customer service

I will say we love the couch. It is very comfortable and seems to be of good quality leather. The couch itself I would give a 4-5 so far. However, the process to get the couch I would give a 1. I purchased the couch December 10th and was told it would be available by early January. I had to call every other week to get an idea of when it would be delivered. It was delivered February 21st. The guys who delivered it did a good job and they discovered there was a cushion that was too small for the couch section. It has been such an ordeal getting this piece. Even though the delivery guys took a picture themselves and sent it in, I still had to call the Macy's line and talk to someone about getting it replaced. We had to wait a few weeks to have someone physically come and inspect it. Then I received a phone call saying it wouldn't be ready until May 17th. No communication from them. They had the wrong email so they never reached out? June 10th, taking off to have it finally have it fixed.

Great couch, but poor customer support.

The couch is comfortable with soft, high-quality leather and great for lounging. However, the advertised colors were inaccurate (ash and light grey mixed up), and the return/exchange process was awful. Phone support was unhelpful, and it took weeks and a store visit to resolve. I recommend purchasing in-store rather than online to avoid the hassle.
