Repeat buyer. will NOT buy again!

This couch used to be amazing. Bought it again for our first home and it is TERRIBLE QUALITY. Within 6 months the cushions have sunk. It looks like a 20 year old couch. I used to recommend this couch to people. Now, I warm them. Don't Buy It!

Nah…

I wouldn’t buy this couch again. It’s been 60 days and the spot my husband sits in is already flattening and not bouncing back. He’s not that heavy. Also the corner piece has a different feel, much stiffer like a different foam. The couch looks beautiful but inferior cushions.

Worst customer service

They forgot 1 piece of a 5 part modular sofa, as well as accompanying accent pillow. Have called Macys over 7 separate times with no substantive information or delivery date of missing piece. Still don’t know when this will be rectified. Avoid at all costs.

Good Quality

We’ve hade a configuration of this couch for about 3 years. We’re not super high traffic, but I am 6’ 210 lbs and the couch has held up well to my ups and downs, etc. it was a bit pricey compared to some others but I have been really happy with the quality of this couch. I think it will last 20 years if treated appropriately (no kids using it as a jungle gym, etc.).

Warranty is worthless

We have loved the couch but the warranty is a scam. Because my 4 year old couch has stains on other parts of the couch they will not replace the zipper of the chaise! Even though they did about a year ago on a different cushion which means we can't even get the money back from the warranty since they covered one thing in the last 4 years. Seems like I was set up and lied to. It also feels like families are being taken advantage since the warranty is definitely to good to be true

Good

I have enjoyed this couch thus far. I was hesitant to purchase due to the reviews but since it was a great sale I went ahead and bought it. Bought it in January, I waited a while for this sofa to come because it was a special order. Once it got closer for sofa to come I ran into issue after issue with delivery. Apparently Macys has changed distribution centers. So I waited weeks and weeks additional with back and forth calls not knowing where my furniture was getting the run arounds. Complete frustration. My account was credited only to still be billed the full amount. So having to call around and deal with that. It’s been a headache dealing with this but I’m truly happy with my furniture
