One year post purchase

Love this sofa and love seat today as much as I did when it was first delivered almost a year ago. I went to the Macy's showroom and they must have 100 large drape sized swatches to look at in different lighting. I chose the gypsy safari. It cleans great, even against dirty puppy paws. I just wipe with a little water based cleaner. The cushions have held up great and we use it daily, there is no sign of sag. The color is so pretty, classic but a little different being that it's green but not too green! I usually purchase sofas with cushions that are attached to the back of the sofa but these fluff back up/stand up pretty easily. Last sofa we purchased was 12 years old, England brand, before replacing with the Radley and I feel as if the Radley will also stand the test of time. PS - it did take about 12 weeks for delivery as we ordered custom fabric but I didn't feel that was excessive and the communication was exactly as expected.

Great

I bought this sofa in the color apple green about 2 years ago and now I've come to write my honest review. All my family and I LOVE this sofa, it is so comfy and soft, but has great support, it is so comfortable we fall asleep on it better than our beds. The color is so pretty and was exactly what I wanted for my space. After 2 years of using it still looks great and I am very glad with my purchase

Bad cushions extended warranty is trash

The cushions on our couches started to fail almost immediately. After calling our salesperson she said that the sagging squished DEFECTIVE cushions ARE NOT COVERED! What??? Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Cleaning and Pillows

The pillows are way too big and awkward. I had to re-make them into rectangular ones. Also, sales girl said that cushions can be removed for cleaning. How to clean and with a suggested product is not indicated, and it also reads "no dry cleaning." I would like to know how to clean when and if necessary. Love the look and comfort of my new sofas which are light teal in color so I would like to know what to do if I get a spot.

Seems adequate

Ordered couch last weekend got it today, seems completely adequate. Was impressed how quickly I got it- but I purchased stock color. I was told last Saturday that the sale was ending Sunday. It didn’t. Still happening- so I was not impressed by that sales tactic.

Favorite couch

I’m so glad I got this couch. One of the comfiest couches I’ve ever sat on. It is comfortable, yet you don’t sink in it. It has great back support and the cushions keep their shape. I have 2 toddlers, and whenever they get food on the couch, I just get a towel with warm water and soap and spot clean, it comes right off!! It looks like it’s in perfect condition even with two kids. We just have the couch, but if we ever get a sectional, I will get the Radley sectional! Never going back to other couches.

Perfect Sofa

We purchased the sofa and loveseat in July 2024 in the color, Heavenly Mocha Gray. The color is really unique. It goes with anything because the color is versatile. Besides loving the color I think it is very comfortable. I also like that all cushions and pillows are fully reversible. This is a solid piece of finite. We looked at a lot of sofas before buying this one. We could not find anything comparable at this price point.
