sent the wrong color

I received this bag in open grey color as noted in the label and not Thunder color (blackish) as I ordered. I will be returning it

Sent the wrong color

I just received my delivery now! I like this bag, it’s quality and classy. It can be casual or dress up. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because I ordered the “thunder” color which looks like black in the picture but end up receiving the grey color which I’m not crazy about and is not catchy. So I will be returning after speaking with customer services. Nevertheless, I would recommend.
