DISAPPOINTED WITH RETURNING ITEM

item is ok, but it is too high for me and I have to return it after I try on in my house for few minutes. I returned at the store since afraid that nobody would be witness that item is in the same new condition as I returned. The store got the returned item on 4/4/24 and no fund is back to my account even the tracking show vendor had received it long time ago. Today is 5/15/24 so it has been more than a month and I had to call the customer service 3 times to follow up. Very disappointed with the long delay in refund and terrible customer each time I call. DO NOT BUY ON LINE SINCE YOU WILL HAVE BIG PROBLEMS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU RETURN THE ITEM.
