Tankini top a miss

I didn't even try this item on after taking it out of the plastic bag. The tankini top looked way to small & very short for a 16W when I held it up to my chest. I ordered a 18W in another style, same company brand; hopefully that will fit. I tried to match my size to the size chart, but it was a miss for me. I do not recommend for sizing issues.
