Frustrated customer

Great fit but dress came defective. I.e., one strap broken which I then had to sew. Macys staff clearly not attentive to what is being shipped. Was hesitant to return and ask for replacement due to a prior order Macy botched and sent 2 replacements after which again were botched. So didn't want to go thru that mess again. Macy packers/ QA team do better!!!!!

Not made well at all

One of the straps broke off the first time my daughter put the dress on. They are very flimsy. I ended up having to sew it. Would not buy again.
