very fragile kept falling of my face

They are beautiful bought them for my trip to Colombia. Very disappointed I couldn’t wear them. They kept falling off my face I don’t know if they are defective. Pass my return time. I was gone for 4 weeks I’m so mad. It got to the point that I just put them away in my suitcase afraid to loss them
