Customer Service is terrible

The quality of the boot was okay, the sizes run large so I had to order a 2nd pair, and I returned the initial pair that was too large. I will NEVER buy an item from Macys that has to come from a middle retail merchant! I still haven't received my refund and when I call their customer service, the Rep was argumentative, made excuses and compared her mothers experience w/an item to mine? I'm a senior so I understand quite well how bank accounts work young lady.
