Size not accurate

Very disappointed with the top that I had ordered. The size was not accurate as I compared it to another top I have with the same name brand. The top is 3 inches short across the top. I ended up giving the top to someone who can wear it.

This product is excellent! I use it on top of an oil I use on my face and before I use my Estee Lauder foundation,for a spectacular hydrated look .
