Worst Company

Purchased this item at the sales price but was charged the original price. Tried getting the price adjusted and was told no. Will be also filing a complaint with the BBB and also looking at legal advise. This company is not suppose to be surviving the public with zero customer service and right out dishonesty on billing. Macy’s need to also do better with their partners as if I had known it was not through Macys directly I would have never purchased.
