Cheap luggage stay away!

I recently purchased expecting it to be a reliable travel companion for many trips to come. Unfortunately, it failed miserably after just one use. During my first trip, the handle mechanism jammed, making it difficult to extend or retract. Additionally, the wheels started wobbling and eventually one broke off entirely, rendering the luggage nearly unusable. The zipper also snagged and split open under minimal stress, exposing the contents to potential loss and damage. Given the premium price, I had high expectations for durability and quality. However, the performance fell far short, causing significant inconvenience during my travel. I strongly advise against purchasing this luggage if you value reliability and robustness in your travel gear. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Rockland and would not recommend it to others. Save your money and invest in a more durable and dependable option.

Dissatisfied Customer

I'm disappointed with this purchase. The zipper on the pocket of the large suitcase came off, and the stitching near that pocket is coming out. I am unable to upload photos. I keep getting an error message.

do not buy, poor quality, has not enough room, it's very narrow and not tall enough, I wasted my money, I do not recommend it!

Thin and flimsy!

The quality of the product is just bad. The material feels thin and its overall flimsy. Its a thin material so if it rains everything will be getting wet. I'm shocked at how bad these suitcases are. DO NOT BUY- its definitely a waste of money.

Shame on Macy's..Do not purchase this product.

These by far are the worst luggage I have ever had They only have 2 wheels therefore the luggage keep hitting the ground about a zillion times. Then it was raining when the luggage was being loaded on the plane ALL my clothes & belongings got soaking wet through the luggage...Please do . I repeat Do not purchase this product. Shame on Macy's for offering so low quality luggage...Katherine
