Never received them!

Macy's is SO incompetent. These shoes were ordered for a special event and even though their site showed they would arrive by a certain date, they just never did. The tracking information showed UPS never even received the package from Macys. But they charged me and then wouldn't refund me even though they couldn't tell me where the package was. Spent an hour arguing with their HORRIBLE customer service.

The delivery time was unacceptable

These shoes took 2 full weeks to arrive at our house. We ordered them for a wedding and didn’t have them in time.
