Great little coat

This coat had everything I needed I wish it were two inches longer - but good hood - snaps and zippers and good snaps at cuff too - I like cinched waist but longer when not cinched - black is perfect taking to Europe

Beware of Return policy

My one star rating has nothing to do with the jacket. It is more to do with the customer service by the seller. Beware that Macy’s is using third-party sellers, and although you can return the jacket to Macy, you will not get your credit to your account immediately. The jacket has to go back to the seller and you have to wait for the seller to credit your account. I bought this jacket in the beginning of April and returned it to Macy’s immediately. Macy’s then returned it to the seller who received it on April 15. It was more than a few days. I have yet to receive my refund on my charge card. Apparently Macy’s has been using third-party sellers for three years. I was not aware of this. So for now on when I purchase something in Macy’s, I will look at the refund policy for that specific item. If it has to go back to a third-party seller, I will not purchase it.

Macy's, without a doubt, everything it sells is top-notch. I love everything about it. This jacket is beautiful, and you'll turn heads wherever you go.

Very nice raincoat - fits great and looks nice (navy). Good length- comes to about mid thigh. PS (128lbs, 5’1””)
