Beautiful dress but best to try before you buy

I was so excited when my dress arrived in my mailbox. It was beautiful but when I tried it on it looked very strange at the bust area. There is no shape there, therefore it looks quite odd and definitely does not compliment my upper body shape. The design and cut in the chest area doesn’t work at all. I’m not large chested but this dress seems like it was made for someone with zero chest. Unfortunately I’m stuck with it because my receipt stated no returns. This is unfair. Especially as one of the customers service people at Macy’s ordered it for me online and cannot return or exchange.

Broken zipper and dirty.

Just open my package, and it’s very sad that your personnel in charge to deliver merchandise does not care if the item it’s in bad condition or was already use, and return . Not happy dress has spot of grease in front also.
