Handy and travel friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a handy little steamer that’s great for travel or in small places. I’ve always used a stand up steamer, and this has proven to be a great alternative. It’s so useful and does a great job of refreshing clothes. Barely a wrinkle to be seen.

Travelers should have!

User error?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know I don’t have a photo in use but that’s truly because it couldn’t remove the wrinkles fully.. maybe it was just the fabric of my dress or I am just not using it correctly (I’ve used other steamers in the past). It did remove a great amount but I couldn’t get it fully wrinkle free! Bummer! I will try again, probably user error 😂

It sucks

I went to use it for the first time and followed the instructions over and over again and the steam won’t come out. In the garbage it went!

Very Disappointed!

I purchased this steamer a year ago and it has already stopped working. The steamer gets hot but no steam comes out. I feel as if I have wasted my money on this product.

Item Should be Discontinued

Steamer doesn't work, it makes a sound but steam never comes doesn't discharge. The product is poorly manufactured and based on the reviews, it should be discontinued. All customers who purchased steamer should be given a gift certificate for the current price.

Surprised that this Brand was a dud

Rowenta tends to be a better than average brand for steamers. .However this one was was a lost cause right out of the box. Would not produce ANY steam. Have returned it.

What Do I Do?

I just want to know how to get my very nice, thought I was getting top of the line, barely-used xcel steamer to work! I have not let water sit in it so it should not be unable to produce steam. That’s all this machine is supposed to do. And gone are the days of finding a repair shop who would be able to fix this thing within 500 miles. I do not want to have to throw my Rowenta steamer in a landfill.
