Expensive Piece of Junk

I'm not happy with Macy's anymore. They are not what they used to be. For no reason two stones fell out of this pendant and I tried to bring to Macy's to have it fixed and they will not do anything about it.

The pendant it's small, but very pretty and it looks stunning! The chain is thin but not too thing it's beautiful and affordable I truly recommend.

Cute Dissapointment

The pendant is gorgeous but the chain is thinner than thread. It would have been nice if Macy's actually took the time to list how many mm is the chain that comes with the pendant. I took me 20 mins to get the necklace secured around my neck because the closure is so tiny! If you are looking for everyday wear necklace then look elsewhere or buy chain separate because the chain will snap in a heartbeat. I'm keeping it coz I love the pendant.

I ordered this necklace on black Friday for 550+ and now its online for like 200 less. how is this possible?
