Simply BREATHTAKING!

My husband bought this for me as an early Valentine's gift, as he knew I've wanted it since I first saw it last year! So as soon as it went on sale 2 weeks ago he surprised me by purchasing it right then & there as we were browsing jewelry. *heart* Lol, I was going to wait to put it on until Valentine's Day, but it's so extraordinarily GORGEOUS that I wore it the other day at the Mall and received so many compliments that I'm still overwhelmed & in awe of it. Seriously, the pictures do *not* do it justice whatsoever - it must be seen in person to truly appreciate the fact that it literally outshines every other piece of jewelry; no lie. Btw, Valentine's Day will mark our 5 year anniversary as a couple and our first one as husband & wife. And to mark this special occasion, my wonderful husband wanted to make his wife very happy, which he did! On that note, imho nothing says love like this heart necklace, and it's something I'm going to treasure forever because it's from my soulmate

The perfect heart pendant.

This necklace is absolutely beautiful. It is so shiny and sparkly. The rubies and diamonds are gorgeous. The heart pendant is a large size. It is my favorite piece of jewelry.

Chain broke within 1 hour of wearing!

Purchased this on sale along with 2 other rings and the chain broke within 1 hour of wearing it. Brought it back to the Mayc's I purchased it from and they said I could purchase another chain or pay to have it fixed, there was no exchange option, no other solution. I have spent thousands at Macy's and asked the manager to call me, they never did. Macy's clearly doesn't care about their loyal customers so I will spend my money elsewhere.

Gorgeous Heart Pendant!!

My husband bought this big beautiful ruby/diamond heart pendant for me as a Valentines gift. I Love it!! It’s much larger than I thought it would be & even prettier than the online pics. Love it!!

Not what I expected

Pro: Color and size. It is a gorgeous piece that has embedded stones that is wonderful in color. I did notice they do have variations in color at one location. They had one similar to this image and another that was totally red so not everything is exact. The opening for the chain is actually pretty large so you can fit larger chains through. Also you don't have to worry about anything getting stuck or breaking. Con: The issues the chain isn't very sturdy and easily broken. So you might want to have another chain to replace it. It also lays flat because it a piece of gold metal and for some people they might feel nervous because the stones are embedded at a certain way and you can see it on the other side. It may feel flimsy because of that reason but it is perfect for the person I bought for since they don't quite like to heavy items on their neck.

Pretty in picture, but…

This pendant looks very elegant online, but not so much in person. The picture shows the prongs holding the rubies in place is white gold but in fact is yellow gold to the naked eye. This difference makes this piece looks cheap ☹️
