very nice but damaged

Bought this snow suit for my granddaughter 18 months. Came quickly and I was very happy with the look and quality. However when we went to put it on her one of the snaps came apart right away. Wanted to return and replace but it is no longer available

DEN OF THIEVES HIGH AND LOW

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AND I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE ANYMORE. IT'S NOT A WONDER ANYMORE WHY MY CO-WORKER'S DON'T SHOP HERE, AND DOESN'T SPEAK HIGHLY OF THE: STORE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND MERCHANDISE. SOMEONE WHO WORKS FIR THIS STORE STOLE THE MERCHANDISE THAT I ORDERED ONLINE. I GOT A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TO GO TO THE STORE AND PICK IT UP, AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. SO EITHER UPS STOLE IT, OR SOMEONE WHO WORKS FOR MACY’S STOLE IT. IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE MACY’S GOES OUT OF BUSINESS, FROM ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS STEALING OUT OF THE WAREHOUSE.
