I returned

Rug is pretty. But it wasn't what I was expecting so it got sent back. I originally ordered the grey color by accident and had to send it back and reordered the black. To me it's not a true black but charcoal color. I compared it to the black and white decor already in my living room and it just did not work. I expected the fluffy part of the rug to pop out more but it was very flat and just not what I imagined. I'm sure over time it can be fluffed out , maybe? But if it's a rug it's possible it'll stay just flat and pressed down like the rest of the rug. Also they did recommend a pad, it's true it's thin you'll need one. Overall, what I thought I was getting I wasn't impressed and if you're looking for black it's not.
