Great rug!

It is the perfect rug for our family room. The color was exactly as shown and is just what we wanted, Quality appears to be quite good as we anticipate it surviving many footsteps.

Pretty but wrinkled

I love the pattern of the rug but when I received it it was folded up and so wrinkled when I rolled it out. Not sure if I’ll ever get all the wrinkles out.

Wrinkled rug

I love the pattern of the rug but it was so wrinkled with so many creases in it that I’m not sure if it will ever lay flat. I should have returned it.

Hi there, Packing and shipping may cause temporary creases in area rugs. To remove them back-roll/reverse roll your rug and allow time for the creases to relax. We also recommend that you refer to our video on how to remove creases - How to Remove Creases from Indoor-Outdoor Rugs. Just remember these creases are not permanent! We hope this information helps! Wrinkles, doesn’t lay flat

Nice rug, but lots of wrinkles from the way it was rolled in the plastic wrap. Hoping they eventually flatten out. Too hard to send back, otherwise I would have returned it. Like the cors and pile though.

Don’t buy it

I was so excited but when I opened it it’s so thin the way they roll the rug then I Open it it’s all wrinkled ….
