I previously wrote a review but it was not published. The colors of the rug are beautiful, quality was ok, BUT the folds DO NOT COME OUT. I have had this runner for 2 months, and used double back tape to secure it to the floor. This after back rolling when I removed from the package, and left it this way for a few days. Two months later there are still visable folds. I will keep it, but would not purchase again.

I believe this rug was used. Fold marks will not come out. At the edge of one side the rug has a glue-like finish on it.

Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry that your rug has creases. A few solutions that help to reduce creases are 1) Back rolling/reverse rolling the rug. Unroll the carpet and roll it up again in the opposite direction. To keep it secure, place heavy furniture on the rug while back-rolled/reverse-rolled to keep it from unraveling. (Leave it back rolled for 1-3 days). 2) Vacuum over the creases. 3) Brush the pile in the correct direction. 4) Place the rug on a hard flat floor instead of a carpet while it relaxes. (1-2 weeks).
