The quality is not very good. It is thin and colors are muted

Safavieh Amelia ALA786 9 x 12 Area Rug

I am not happy with this purchase as the carpet came folded and it has not settled down even though the instructions said it would within a couple of days. All the other area rugs I have purchased have not had this problem.
