Macys messed up my order

Macys, what is going on? You were reliable store, not anymore. PLEASE fix your website for the beginning. I am trying to write review for Antiquity At52 Gold 2'6" x 5' Runner Area Rug. I selected correct size and color, but your website shows that review is for Antiquity At52 Gold 2' x 3'. I ordered Antiquity At52 Gold 2'6" x 5' Runner Area Rug. Instead I received Antiquity At52 Gold 2'6" x 5' 1/2 oval shape rug. I am not sure what is the proper name for this shape, but it is not rectangular runner as you advertise. Now BIG question: who messed up this order? Is it warehouse who fulfilled the order or the Macys put wrong description and image of this item on their website? Can someone tell me what went wrong? I am returning 1/2 Oval 2'6" x 5' rug and still want correct one: Antiquity At52 Gold 2'6" x 5' Runner Area Rug (rectangular) I like the quality of the rug. One star goes to Macys.

This rug shreds so fast

The rug is shredding naturally and I have to clean up the thread balls it creates. If I vacuum it it gets worse as it call fill the vacuum cartridge real fast. I should have returned it as it may be defective but I thought it was knew. Oh well.
