Unhappy customer

This area rug will not lay flat on any surface. I have tried hardwood, a very sticky rug pad on carpet. It peaks and folds in the center.

To minimize this issue, the most effective method is to reverse-roll the rug (keeping it in this position for 48-72 hours) and add heavy furniture on top of the reversed roll to prevent it from unfolding.
