Macy's pulled the rug over on us

First, the photo on Macy's does not even look like the rug that was shipped. It is almost pink and robin egg blue. The quality is pathetic for the cost. then to top it off.... Macy's will not refund you the entire amount for it... they keep the shipping fee! Macy's and this rug do not deserve 1 star.

Yikes!

Super bright colors... too bright for our house. Not like the on-line image. I think I've got this figured out. On a smaller rug, maybe 4' x 6', it might be fun to have bright colors and a big, bold pattern in a girl's room or playroom. But not for a big living room area rug. But ... Macy's handled our return for us and that was a relief!
