Sound/remote

While the picture is clear, the sound is inadequate--especially when turning the tv on or switching channels. The biggest problem is with the remote, which is pitifully inadequate and a real pain in the neck to operate. It is a very cheaply made product and should be improved soonest.

Disapointing

The TV’s picture quality was not as good as the Samsung it replaced which was a pre 2018 model. We returned the tv for a refund.
