Screen A+, User Interface F, Remote Control F

The screen is beautiful. Set-up is hard and not intuitive. Trying to add pictures is hard. Navigating from art to TV is hard. The remote is tiny, making it hard to use. More or less the opposite of using a TV with a ROKU. Roku = EASY, Samsung = HARD.
