We needed a new TV after our old DLP finally died, so I did some investigating and I found this one. We love it! It has such wonderful colors, especially the purples and I haven't made any adjustments. It's very easy to use, once you figure it out. We have our Roku hooked up to it and it has a "Recent" window, so it's easy to access the last thing you were watching. It only has 3 HDMI ports, but I bought an HDMI splitter that works perfectly. I'm sure it has features that I don't even realize yet. I highly recommend.

Avoid Samsung TVs
Extremely Disappointed ! I thought when I purchased Samsung I would be getting a top of the line tv. I purchased 3 Samsungs at Christmas to replace the living room and bedroom tvs. The interface or “hub” is confusing, the remote is junk, and the WIFI card is weak. TV is 25’ direct line of site from main router (WiFi 6) of a mesh system. I ended up having to hook a satellite node directly to all 3 tvs. ISP techs told me that Samsung tvs have some of the worst wifi cards out there.

Confusing features and offerings
Very nice picture quality. I am still having a lot of trouble navigating the Home Screen using my TV remote.

Love my Samsung but…
This is our second Samsung QLED TV. Picture quality is great. Easily connects to sound bar. We stream all TV content. No cable TV or, satellite. Both TV’s operate using wifi connection only. Solid connections. Consistent performance. I do recommend, with two caveats. One, our new 70” came with a remote that contains no replaceable batteries. It is solar powered, which is great but, the ergonomics of this new remote are less than ideal. Our remote with the older 55” QLED has a more pleasing shape and weight that both my wife and I prefer over the new remote. It is flat and light and easily fumbled and not as intuitive to use due to the feel. Second, I recently discovered both my Samsung TV’s will occasionally automatically switch my picture mode to “Film maker” setting. When this occurs, I have been unable to change the picture mode setting to my preference. As I have a degenerative eye disease, the “Film maker” modes is unacceptable for my vision limitations. As of this writing, I am still unable to correct this setting when Samsung make the automatic change. As a result, I am unable to watch some movies.

love the features
I had a dumb Samsung smart 65"tv that was 11 yrs. old and never had a problem with it. I gave it away and it was working as if it were new. I only purchased this model to get the most modern updates to Samsung tv's.

Audio/picture
