Great TV, looks super sleek, the screen and sound is great, the only downside is that the UI is really clunky and can be super confusing at time, but as a TV it's great

Amazing picture quality, sub par software

The picture quality on the TV is amazing and the colors really pop but like all Samsung TVs the software ends up bottlenecking. It just ends up being so slow. Then the art function stopped working and after reaching out to support they were unable to help. So now we just use the TV as a regular TV but as an art TV it's become useless

My frame review

I’ve been using the Samsung Frame TV in my office, and it has far exceeded expectations. It’s not just a TV—it’s a highly functional and stylish tool that fits perfectly into a professional workspace. One of the standout features is the ability to switch into Art Mode, which is perfect for video calls. Instead of having a blank black screen behind me, I can display artwork or photos, giving a clean and aesthetic background that looks intentional and professional. Functionality-wise, I use it regularly to track the market, and it works great as a second screen for my PC when needed. The 4K resolution and crisp display make it easy to monitor charts, news tickers, or documents without any eye strain. The Frame connects seamlessly with my setup, and switching inputs or sharing content is quick and smooth.

Great tv wish it was on the high end of qled. It will be even better with next gen.

Sorry to all those who have a big black blob against your wall looking overpowering and boring! I now have a beautiful piece of framed artwork on my wall which brightens up my day, and I even get the opportunity to show it off to my visitors as part of my designer decor. New artwork all the time . . . I’ll have this one today . . . No, this one! Well done Samsung!!!

Sleek 8th Frame

My eighth frame at home and at work. Great product!

Very unreliable

Bought in October 2024 and have been through warranty process for three times already. Logic unit always loses connection to Internet with invalid Mac Address issue and that the remote also stops responding when it happens. Overall this is the most unreliable TV i have ever bought in my life.

I'm enjoying my Frame. Easy to install and easy to navigate with different streaming content platforms. the sound and the screen quality are excellent.
