Chipped on delivery

Bowl was chipped when it was delivered. I like the style of the set, but very poor quality, or at least packaging.

Customer Service

Customer service. I ordered 2 set and one set has a damaged plate. I don't want to return the all set, I'm requesting have the damaged plate replace. Please note: I no longer have box.

Great set BUT…..Beware!

The dishes are gorgeous. They are crafted beautifully and are great for everyday use and dishwasher friendly. I got 2 sets of the matching larger bowls for pasta or making a salad for a meal. I ordered 2 sets of the plates and bowls but was very disappointed with the set in that the dinner plates were mismatched. Instead of getting 2 of every color (cream, white, blue and terracotta), I received 3 blue, 2 white, 2 cream and 1 terracotta When I reached out to Macys customer service for a solution, I was told I would have to send the whole set back for replacement. I already waited 10 days for the original shipment and was not about to pay to ship the sets back and have replacements sent. I just wanted a trade of the extra blue for a terracotta and make my set even. So as of now, my set of beautifully made dinner plates remains mismatched. This is a great set, just beware of mismatching!!!

Attractive well made stoneware

Attractive well made dishes. Would have liked one set of bowls to be larger with more depth for soup.
