Extremely disappointed with the quality of this product and our experience. My fiancé purchased this several months prior to me wearing it in February. By April one of the diamonds had fallen out. I asked him if he had purchased their warranty and unfortunately he had not. We called to see if there was anything we could do, or add the insurance on through this company now and were told we couldn’t do so. I understand this policy though when purchasing online there is no option to add it on and you have to physically go to a store to purchase this. It is also a small detail In description. My fiancé had never gotten anything like this before and didn’t know. To current date another diamond has fallen out and I called our local macys just to double check that there was nothing we could do. The lady I spoke with apologized and said there was nothing she could do BUT also stated this is why she would “never buy jewelry online” because “you just never know what you’re going to get.”

Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for your valuable feedback about the Emerald (3/4 ct. t.w.) & Diamond (1/3 ct. t.w.) Diagonal Cluster Ring. We are always looking for ways to improve our assortment and we will pass this note along to our development team. Sincerely, Macy’s Customer Service
Be prepared to lose your diamonds
In 3 months of this ring being worn, 6 diamonds have fallen out. Given the size of the diamonds, you can't tell when they fall out so they are usually lost. Macy's customer service has been of no help. The ring is no longer worn as it's not feasible to keep replacing diamonds every couple weeks
