Fine jewelry

It’s beautiful, but the weather Shipped was Unacceptable you don’t ship a necklace of that quality with a very fine chain just thrown in the bag. The chain came broken. It was all in knots very upset.

Black does not suit a sapphire

Was totally disappointed with the purchase. After having made many purchases of jewelry at Macy's, was surprised Macy's would even offer the quality of the recent purchase. The illustration, as noted above, was a a blue sapphire. The stone received more closely approximated an onyx without shine. I've purchased a number of black diamond pieces, this was closer to a piece of coal. Totally disappointed. Was very relieved the salesperson at the local Macy's was able to very nicely provide a refund.

Clasp is poorly made

Wore this during my overseas trip 2 weeks ago . Clasp is not secure . Lost it coz it came undone easily shortly after putting it on . Very bummed for wasting my money on this defective product .

thin flimsy Donot hard to ware it

the chain is thin flimsy, almost broken when it was first wearing, the saphire is black not blue. u have to buy another chain. returned it today by driving 30 miles
