Cooks evenly and easy to clean

This 7.5 qt. roaster is large, cooks food evenly, and is extremely easy to clean. Since we're a family of only 2, we use our 5.25 quart Scanpan roaster much more frequently. We gifted this large roaster as a hostess gift to close friends; they love it, too and when their guests help with the dishes they're amazed how easy this roaster is to clean. This year we're gifting them the Scanpan roasting rack that fits the large roasting pan.
