Great wok works great on my gas stovetop

The wok cooked really well. I was able to make a beautiful dish even as a beginner! The heat cooks things fast yet snow peas were brightly colored and crunchy not soggy as per my usual stir fries in a frying pan. I also bought Grace Young’s Stir Frying to the Sky’s Edge. The pan is excellent however it really is 12.6 inches wide not 12.75.

I love this wok

This is a fantastic wok. It cooks beautifully with or without oil. The non-stick is very high quality. It cleans up really well too. I hope I have this for many many years.
